I have not tried to update using a Windows machine. I'd given up up using
Windows machines a few years ago [because I could ;-) ]. However, I tried using
my old copy of Parallels (v5.0.9 etc) with Windows 98 SE. I followed the
instructions as far as I was able. After getting the msg
Vladimir I changed from Bigpond some years ago for the same reasons. It is
basically dishonesty and I suppose if you had the money you could take them to
court and WIN.

If you can't get ADSL in your area and have to use 3G; Telstra 3G Network 4G
Network is the best available for coverage and speed.
