Hi Pat, The disk you have XP Pro installed in Bootcamp is still on an Internal Disk, not an External Drive. So, yes of course it works fine. "Boot Camp Assistant creates a partition for Windows on your computer’s startup or other internal disk." Adrian has an iMac with one Hard drive. Cheers
