Leigh, What's the CPU load like when the reporting page is being accessed? I have something similar in one of my projects and had to introduce caching for the reporting pages due to the way it would hammer the CPU (99% usage for upwards of 10 minutes). Luckily I have the application running

RE: [Webware-discuss] Random AppServer Lockups?

I have no idea if this is relevent, but there is an issue with lock-ups on Redhat 9 (and 8 too?) that has to do with how it handles threads. It's a known bug with the stock kernel and can be fixed by updating the kernel, or more simply by typing this at the command line before executing Webware:

I've actually run into something similar, I was planning to post something about it. I've set up Webware (0.8.1) on a Redhat 9.0 machine and I'm using Apache 2.0.48 and mod_webkit2. During my testing I've started to notice some stability issues. Webware just seems to lock up, it doesn't return a

I have just installed Webware on a new redhat 9.0 install and everything seems to be working well, but when I do a "ps -ef" I notice that only one thread is being created. I have checked the config files and it's set to create a minimum of 5 threads and the startup message says "Creating 10 thread
