Thank you Vince. I initially changed the ST- number to the new last
4 digits that were on the bottom of the replacement device, but that was
not the entirety of the number. I found where to look up on the web status
page to get the new number. I didn't notice it was available on the
I needed to replace my Tempest Weatherflow device. I followed their

worked without adjustments.

Check out http://weewx.com/docs/usersguide.htm#config_FTP and look to
add/adjust the passive setting in your weewx.conf config.

leveraging the data bindings in weewx.conf sounds like a beneficial
core utility service that would then be called from a script/cron.

I understand database consistency in a transactional database and I'm
wondering about the risk of copying weewx.sdb without stopping weewx first.
Would you possibly lose an in-flight transaction or might the entire sdb be
inconsistent and unusable? An in-flight copy would seem to be similar to

When I look at https://belchertownweather.com/graphs/ there is no
?graph=homepage present. When I comment out, rename or remove the
[homepage] section in graphs.conf, an error is generated to syslog and
there's nothing displayed on my site at /graphs/ .
I can add other sections such as

Thank you Vince!!
It looks like some default settings block I copied had it as
forecast_api_key and I just uncommented it when I got the keys. I also see
it referenced as forecast_api_key on the Belchertown site such as in the
example settings

Today I added PWS output via WeeWX and then signed up at Aeris Weather and

I have a new setup and working on adding MQTT to the mix. I went with
hivemq to start. What is occurring is the MQTT realtime refreshes appear to
be a celcius value and not my expected/configured fahrenheit value. Am I
missing a config setting/section?

I'm a new weewx user and troubleshooting data capture on a Raspberry pi. I
have a WeatherFlow Tempest configured in weewx after running for a moment
with simulator as the station device. After switching to the Tempest
WeatherFlowUDP device in the conf file, it appears no data has been
captured
