We did something similar, but using LDAP. I agree, the lack of documentation
was very frustrating. At one point, in order to make the enter/return key
work, I changed the form field type of the login button to submit from
whatever it was (or the other way around) and things went haywire. Now use

We have ACS v4.0(1) Build 27 and have not heard any major issues with Vista.
I'm sure we have a few Vista users b/c we have heard issues with the Cisco WiSM
login page.

There is a Windows hotfix to allow windows PEAP clients to authenticate to
non-windows radius servers. Perhaps that is what you are running into?

I don't think the encryption type has anything necessarily to do with the O/S
or platforms supported. That has to do more with the supplicants available
(free or chargeable). I think the most important thing to consider is how easy
the encryption method is to deploy, for example, TLS requires ce
shoot this out for some ideas.
