4 1/2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine, for brushing rolls
Golden Fried Chicken
1/2 cup margarine
1 clove garlic, crushed or minced
1 cup dry bread or corn flake crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped almonds
2 T. minced parsley
1 t. salt
1/4 t. ground thyme or poultry seasoning
1/8 t. pepper
2 1/2 to 3 lbs. frying chicken, cut
Not much liquid here to marinate anything. Looks like maybe 1/3 cup total of
liquid.
Am I missing the concept somehow?
