Checking again, I see that Ftol is remembered on restart, but not Decode
type or T/R period.
In case its relevant, this is all with a named instance of WSJT-X.

doesn't seems to work, and the program returns to default 5 s period
(which I forgot to mention), Deep decoding and Ftol of 200. I looked in
the ini file for MSK144 settings and didn't find them.
