I had this port opened too.
I've noticed that the program that open that port was the service
TMListen.exe, a service of the trend Office scan Anti virus. This service
allows an adminitrator, to run a scan for viruses remotly on your PC.

To close this port, simpli go to services and disable the tmlisten.exe
service.
