And let me guess, just like the word "Microsoft Security" this is supposed
to make me feel secure. Like it has been reaffirmed in the US judicial
system, you are not guaranteed protection by the law enforcement officials.
Thanks, but no thanks; I think that I will exercise the right to protect
myself with encryption and firearms. Now if I could just find a way to
encrypt my bullets!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You are right it's just as true. As in patently un-true.
Law Enforcement will also have encryption (and guns).
