I'd have to add BIND rather high up on the list, with djbdns as a logical alternative. It's smaller, less resource intensive, and easier to setup. (See http://www.linuxsecurity.com/articles/documentation_article-6857.html for a four part article on making the switch.)
I like Dan's software (using qmail now) is dbjdns a full replacement or just a small subset?
