Probably you should download and try Netvigil from www.fidelia.com. 
This is not free but they have a free download for a time bound version at their site.
It runs on windows. Auto-Discovers all the variables like CPU usage, Memory Usage, 
Packets count,
Interface Util,Interface errors etc available through SNMP. 
It has excellent Reporting and Real-Time alert capability apart from being a 
Performance Measurement system.
