This is similar to what HTTPd had for contributed patches.  I think that we
need to insist that the license be the ASF license.  I don't know what else
we would want to do, such as whether or not we need to vett the code for
functionality.

+1 to this, not necessarily the no-responsibility part.


We could create links if someone had a commercial offering or a mailet/matcher package they did not want to license ASF style.
