I was happy to see that you brought your project so far so quickly and I was pleased that you were able to use technologies (e.g. Moodle) familiar to the people you recruited to assist you; however, I felt very strongly that the architecture you chose was alien to the 'no-server-needed-but-we'll-use-one-if-it's-available' architecture underlying the XO (and stated most clearly in Scott's "Network Principles" document).
