I think the bigger issue is that we need to employ fewer monkeys and more
developers and engineers. I sense that many companies are conviced that 10
$30k+ programmers are a lot more effective 5 60k+ trained developers and/or
engineers.
You have to know what you need to do, all these design tools help you discover
the possible solutions. But, you also need to know what works, what doesn't
work, and why.
