I was also thinking about including governance in an architectural - business 
cycle and gradually adjusting governance. Creating an enterprise governance is 
a very difficult task and often requires many years. Won't it be better to 
start in a shorter time frame by just taking some aspects of governance and 
gradually expanding on it.
