What's worse, if you look under

        view-->Internet Options-->Advanced-->Security-->Do not save
encrypted pages to disk

you will see that it's UNCHECKED by default.  As I read it, that means that
the
default is to CACHE SSL pages to disk.  But I guess that's okay since the
Windoze 9x
operating systems are so secure and all. ;-)
