See http://www.servlets.com/book/news.html

I haven't updated the page since January since I've been busy writing,
but it's still applicable. Follow the links on the page for a couple
articles describing API changes since the book was published that you
can treat as "online patches" to the book.

Basic summary is my book talks about 2.0, and I think some other books
talk about 2.1. I know of no books that talk about 2.2. I decided
*not* to revise the book for 2.1 because it was a very small change.
The primary action of the rev from 2.0 to 2.1 was writing a formal
specification. You'll notice the popular JServ didn't decide to upgrade
support to 2.1, they stopped at 2.0. Now 2.1 to 2.2 is a big change,
one worth a rev, but I don't know of any books that cover 2.2 yet.
