Your use of 0.99 is fine with me.  If you want to try 1.0, that is fine, 
but not required from my point of view.

I find that the sourceforge pages are often out of date relative to the 
actual home web pages.  Sometimes the sources on their ftp servers are 
even more up to date than the home web pages.
