mostly-"unused"? You'll find people do use python, perl and ruby
integrations a lot if you hang out in #vim on freenode for a bit.
A for what to include, that was just my vote since that's what Eric
asked for.

Sure I don't, and don't know anybody who uses MzScheme integration.
But I didn't show Netbeans integration which again people seem to
be using.
