Python, Perl, and Tcl are in Solaris and MzScheme and Ruby are not, so we
could draw the line that way.

IMO, we should enable at least the most popular interpreters, and since
there's only 5 total, we should include all of them rather than a subset -- 
mostly for purposes of consistency/predictability from a usage and support
perspective.
