There is a place in Apache svn where we can put them: documents/

IIRC, the original code base was not licensed correctly, i.e. AL 2.0
compatible. If this is the case we have to go through the CVS history
of
the original donation and make sure that every author has submitted
the
proper documentation. Craig, what would that documentation be?
