Donald;
I assume the shaft puller will "clamp" onto the shaft above the adapter?

If done correctly what will be pulled the shaft alone or the shaft with the "adapter" still attached?

Thanks for you help!

1)       Make sure you have a way to keep the hosel cool

2)       Make sure the rod goes down in the hosel and is not stopped by epoxy(i.e. I measure and drill out if necessary)

3)       I heat the rod cherry red wait a sec insert about 5 to 10 sec and continue to put pressure on the head and repeat until it comes apart

4)       Carefully clean out the hosel and reshaft

Subject: ShopTalk: Ping TiSi Reshaft

Have my first reshaft of the "new" ping driver and can't pull up any of my saved files of the correct procedure.

I have the PCV tool and recall the use of a Hot Rod but do not recall the time you can keep it in the shaft.

Would appreciate it if someone would post the correct procedure for this type of reshaft.

Thanks,

HStill
