Ron-
I'm playing both. Have used the hybrids (3-5) since
last August and just built the 770CFE irons about 1 month ago. I love all
of them! I'm getting 5-8 more yards from the 770's even though they are 1/2"
shorter than my old irons. They are very good quality (what else from TW!)
and I MOI matched them to the hybrids I already had. I used the Gi-335 shafts in
the hybrids cut to Tom's specs and also MOI matched them. My old 5 iron I
figured for 150 yds, the 5H I figure for 158! Corresponding increases for the
others. Their ball flight is much higher than normal irons and they seem
to stop pretty well on the greens. The hybrids are also great off the desert,
where I sometimes end up after a crazy drive.
Don't hesitate to get them.

near future. As I've always had trouble consistently hitting my 3 and 4
irons, I'm considering replacing these with TW's 321 Hybrid long irons.
Has anyone here used these heads, and what sort of feedback can you give
me? While I'm at it, I should also ask if anyone has used the Gi-335
graphite shafts recommended in the catalog?
As always, I wish you enough
