ShopTalk: Kennedy Puller

I own a Kennedy puller. Its a fine piece of equipment. Somehow I was able to screw it up by stripping out the threads on the shaft clamp. I contacted RK. He chewed me out (electronically) and then sent replacement parts. I'm trying to pay him for the parts. So far to no avail.   If this is the way he wants to do business then . . . ah hell. If anyone's in the market for a shaft puller. Get a Kennedy. The man is a helluva designer/manufacturer.   Get the puller from John Muir or from RK.
