I have a Kennedy puller it is a really solid well engineered piece of
gear at a fair price.
I some times have a problem with the rubber clamp pulling out of the
clamp jaws.

Re: ShopTalk: Kennedy Puller
mention my friend TFlan on my super-high tech orderform at
http://clubmaker-online.com/verisign.secure.html and I'll eat
the shipping to Cont. US, it'll be TFlan's revenge for the constant
grief I've been giving him. He's promised to pay me back the shipping
charges in some sort of Irish home brew of the month club deal.
If you order direct from RK, he'll chew you out electronically
for not ordering from me. :-) You'll have to work out he Irons Home
Brew on your own.

Here's the info on the puller, I know the pic is about 8 years
old, you'll get the latest version of the RK and I'll put up with the
vile invective when he reminds me I haven't updated his pages in a
long time.
I own
a
Kennedy puller. Its a fine piece of equipment. Somehow I was able to
screw it up by stripping out the threads on the shaft clamp. I
contacted RK. He chewed me out (electronically) and then sent
replacement parts. I'm trying to pay him for the parts. So far to no
avail.
If
this is
the way he wants to do business then . . . ah hell. If anyone's in the
market for a shaft puller. Get a Kennedy. The man is a helluva
designer/manufacturer.
Get
the
puller from John Muir or from RK. But don't say I sent
you.
He may
hurl vile invective at me ;-)
TFlan
THANKS RK, YOU DA MAN!
