I stand by the first statement (though I have verified that the
author of the paper actually did say that; thanks, Paul).
As for the second, you input my reduce my skepticism a smidgen. But
only a smidgen. Too much evidence and theory against, and no
controlled studies for, the effectiveness of the Fit-Chip.
