Do you run services on the firewall? If not, I would place '-' in the
IN-BANDWIDTH of eth0 and move the 35Mbit to the OUT-BANDWIDTH of eth2. Also,
is there an eth1 that interfaces to a DMZ? If so then you need to have a bit
more config.
