Is public domain valid in Russia? It isn't in Germany as any text is
copyrighted by the author/translator and you can't deny your own copyright.

Is [email protected] your address? If not, you have to remove "FIRST AUTHOR"
(but keep the rest of this line) and add yourself (e.g. for later license
changes which require the OK of all copyright holders).

The space infront of ":" looks strange, it is required in French IIRC but
