As Steven mentioned above:
Goto wrench -> input (top slider) -> key bindings -> and change the
keycode-177 to delayed action.
To quote Steven:
"Just select "Delayed Action"  under the "Generic : Action" heading.
Then type in something like mine:
[0.0 exec /etc/enlightenment/suspend.sh] [0.8 syscon] [2.0 halt_now]

As you can see, if you want to run an arbitrary script/binary, you
just prepend "exec".
