OK, I know most of us are busy college students, with barely enough time
to spend on our own educations, but I've been thinking...
As a native Austinite, and as a probable lifetime Austinite, the community
is very important to me. So, I came to the conclusion that we should try
to do something for the community.  We have such a well of talent here, we
could easily do some weekend Linux/*nix education for interested
folks...working with some elementary afterschool programs...I'm sure the
red tape will be a bitch for such endeavors, but it definitely would be
worth it. Any thoughts? we may want to start a separate list for this if
it starts to come to fruition...
