I have PacBell. SW Bell and PacBell use the SBC network I believe. My service out here has been great. Downloads are typically around 150 kb/s (every once in a while it will go over to about 170 or 180). I haven't done much uploading, but I think there is a cap somewhere (either on the network or my comp). As for reliability, it's up 99.9% of the time (it may have been down maybe once or twice). I have been quite happy with it, so I would highly recommend it. Hope this helps.
