I have SWBell DSL at home. It's not bad, but it's not incredibly fast or anything. Service is constant, which is nice, though their installers are morons (at the time I got it installed, there was no self install option, but I ended up rewiring it myself because the installer fucked it up) and can take forever to get there. But the speed is pretty consistent, which is more than can be said for cable.
