Could try ZohoCRM - nice bulkuploading, utilises Google Docs' API. It
has the same feature set as Salesforce (except its lacking the Apps,
which btw are quite good). It's much cheaper too. Also one I haven't
used is Leads360.com, it looks shiny but I havent seen any reviews
