Here's the simplest way.. if the admin people want to do it of course.. If Jobs were posted with a subject line "Jobs Board"..
Then if anybody didn't want to follow it they could setup a filter in their mail client to delete it automatically. Startup type jobs would go out straight away but those not interested only have to do a few clicks to stop ever seeing them again.
