there's a few options out there

disclosure: I run a job news aggregator website called www.jobcrunch.com.au

there's white label job board websites you can use.

for example

1. http://www.jobberbase.com/.

real life example: http://socialmediajobs.com.au/ which is run by a
contact of mine @servantofchaos.

2. http://www.jobamatic.com

real life example: http://webstrategy.jobamatic.com/a/jbb/find-jobs
run by @jowyang

If you are going to run a job board, you should use a job engine
website. its much easier to maintain and non-technical people can
assist with the running of it as well. with jobberbase i believe you
can apply directly online as well. with jobamatic, they also
complement your listing with automatic listings from your local area
(e.g. sydney), so this can give you depth and critical mass of jobs.

Cheers,

Matt
