I haven't seen much of scobles work. Funny considering I've known of him for years, I just seem to watch the random ep here and there. He does have an interesting style, no questions theres.
TWiT has been a major influence, in fact much of the studios concepts where based on the TWiT Cottage (needless to say I am jealous they are now moving to a larger place :p). But while the studio is similar I feel the voice of the network I'm creating will be quite different.
