Hey Zac,

Generally, good programmers are gold in Australia right now. We have
been hiring many in recent months, both directly and for our portfolio
companies and it is hard.

I have found Python/Django the hardest and I have mates at other
companies who struggle greatly finding new team members. It is equally
difficult to find good Python developers in offshore contexts such as
India.

That said, I'd go with what you know best and enjoy working with (tick
for Python), what is well supported by an active community (tick for
Python), is easy to learn if you are a good programmer (tick for
Python).

Good luck! :)
