As someone who has

1. Thin arms, legs and a large potbelly (weight 93 kg)

2. A history of diabetes on my mother's side across her family, and
blood pressure on my father's side across his family

I guess the only consolation I can draw is that I'm 6 feet tall rather
than the usual 5'6", and that I've recently taken up cycling for trips
of upto 16 kilometers roundtrip (max - more often trips to the corner
grocery store or ATM).
