Hi Ode, I simply cannot tolerate cabbage, it gives me too much gas which just complicates matters in my colon. Winr vinegar makes the buring by my upper right center ribcage even stronger. Thanks for all the efforts to help. Love your poetry!, Ruth

Hi, Chuck, I have used prune juice with the pulp in for months now. Was using a few swallows 3-r, very once in awhile through the day. NowDr. wants me to use 4- 6 ounces twice a day, or Milk of magnesia, 1-2 tblasp twice a day or every other day as need seems to dictate. Haven't had time yet to try all the alternatives he recommended. I did get diarrhea today, but think I stated with too much Milk of Mag. Decided to start with that as I had found from old food medicine journals , that millk of mag did seem to work a few years ago. Also just came through a ct scan with its contrast medium stuff. Mydigestive tract has been rebelling ever since. Ruth

PRUNES and prunejuice still RULE!!!!
I was bedridden and bound up at one time. Finally requested a quart of
prune juice. That was the end of that problem!
