My view is that we don't need much protein. That's untrue. Mothers' milk has 1% protein. The body need to work hard, and play hard in plenty of room, rest well, and fresh vegetables, milk products, fruits.
Saturated rather than unsaturated fats.

Another kind of work is metabolic, like where the body needs to work and make its own protein. Increase the powers of digestion with clean fresh food. Did you catch my statement about the strongest man in the world? He's a vegetarian muslim, build like a truck and is in the Moscow State Circus.

I also believe that the consciousness with which we eat is important for metabolism in that it affects all regulatory processes. Bear in mind, although we have a hand in producing food, it is not without the seed and the soil, sun and rain, non of which we produce. And the best food is wild harvest, or cultivated through forest gardens. By picking or protecting a plant we affect the local plant culture - we are farming. Yet food is provided for us.
