It's a "Caution"
Warning means more like... don't do it.
Caution means be careful and aware while you are.
I'll rarely ever say "Don't".....just be careful and watch out.
Everyone is different.
One mans pastry is anothers poison.
But if you are not aware that pastry *can* be poison and don't know which
man you are?
That can be big trouble. [key words "can be", not "is" ]
It can be said that all info is somewhat bogus.
"Mainstream" is at least less laughable, most of the time.
I'll neither ignore nor believe any one source.
Mix em up and you may see things neither side saw.
The application of truth is personal and it's in the muddle somewhere.

So which is it? Is potassium supplementation good or bad? What was
really wrong with Ole's warning?
