Guess how many have answered ? Not a single one !
The amount needed varies a bit, from source to source.
From 2000 mg, to 2700 mg. Some doctors suggest that some people would
benefit from 4000 mg per day.
It would be hard to overdo this, if one thinks at all.
When I have many kinds of fresh produce, fruit, ect, and eat it all day
long, I likely get enough.
The rest of the year, I take chelated supplements a few times per day, and
keep both potassium and magnesium in my pocket, at all times.
In addition, I keep a time release C with minerals in this same bottle.
The C and Mineral contains
Vitamin C
7 mineral ascorbates
32 mineral complexes
and B vitamins.
So, if I get very busy and do not take from the bottles before I leave
home, I simply take these pills a few time per day.
Some days I eat much less food, and less decent food, so these different
pills in my pocket, help put my mind at ease.

potassium. It is old and not much graphics.

I have some prescription potassium, but....... since the mainstream is
involved, I do not often take it at all. About 350 mg per tablet.
Why would they put out one pill that is good, and 100,000 that is bad?
