Go to the grocery store and the salt section and you can buy a box of NuSalt that is Potassium chloride. 1/6 teaspoon is 530 mg or 15% of the RDA. Minerals in the chloride form don't use up your Hydrochloric acid (stomach acid) to break them down into a soluble form .
