Which potassium is best, chloride or gluconate? Thanks. Faith G.
Go to the grocery store and the salt section and you can buy a box of
NuSalt that is Potassium chloride. 1/6 teaspoon is 530 mg or 15% of
the RDA. Minerals in the chloride form don't use up your Hydrochloric
acid (stomach acid) to break them down into a soluble form .

According to my bottle of potassium, one 99 mg. caplet (I'm taking
potassium gluconate) is 3% of the "daily value".
