When considering substances that find their way into drinking water supplies, 
ie. hormones, fertilizers, breeding parasites, etc.etc. Ozone being the safest 
Chlorine appears to be the  second best choice.

trouble with this is, that every living thing is different in make up to the 
next, ostensibly, identical being.  What is highly toxic for one, may not be 
for another.  How do we know which of us is likely to be affected, by even the 
smallest dose?  And I don't believe chlorine in drinking water, *is* safe. Dee
