I hear ya, Dee. It's one of the reasons I just let
people be. Tell em once, the onus is then on them.
Sickness has inherent merits. No longer proselytize
or protest in self-righteous indignation about what
the Govt. does. Sometimes, silence is more preferable
to hearing myself waste energy talking.

The govt does what people accept or allow to be done.
I've seen people waiting at red traffic lights at 3 am
in the middle of no where - with no cars approaching
for as far as the eye can see....because they are
supposed to...by law.

Someone mentioned vaccinations. Well, IF enough
people decided that they would walk the talk and go to
jail before allowing to have their kids to be
vaccinated, the jails would be so full with protesting
parents the govt would have to reconsider its
position.

For every person that feels Aspartame, for example, is
a coffin nail, there will be a person who if it were
taken off the market as a dangerous substance, would
protest loudly of the right to have it available.
