I subscribe to a health newsletter.  The writer is always traveling to
remote
locales for herbs and says he always travels with his $400 portable
ceramic
water filter and his little bottle of "Traveler's Friend" (grapefruit
seed
extract, Citricidal).  Grapefruit seed extract is an antimicrobial. 
Between 
the two, he feels like he
gets "clean water".  He even gives his recipe for disinfecting
contaminated
