I wish it were that... I take magnesium to the point of "the runs" all of the 
time.

I've been trying to piece together what changed in the past two weeks that 
could have brought on this sudden "re-lapse".  All I can think of is that I had 
been off of store bought vitamins for the year that I was feeling better and I 
had just purchased and started taking those vitamins again pretty close to the 
time that I started feeling exhausted again.

Fingers crossed here that it is something as simple as a sensitivity to 
something in the Vitamins.

However, I would still really like to hear from people on this list what amount 
of CS you take internally on a daily basis (if you take it daily).  And, if I 
should use a different setting on my SilverGen in order to get a better 
particulate size for internal use.
