I take it first thing in the morning but taking it away from CS ingestion and coffee probably would be a better idea.
You uptake as the flush subsides and you know you can stand more.

My reasoning on the type to take is: the flush is the opening of those small veins and after all that is what you are trying to accomplish. For lowering cholesterol the non flush would probably work.

How long did you spend between increases in the mg? We have been taking the no flush and think we have had some benefits but from what you said we need the hightest!
