Yes, the cold fushion guys really stumbled onto something, and I think
it was reproduced too. The men I am aware of (at Laurence Livermore
Labs) that are working on clean nuclear tech are anti cold fushion, but
only because they don't think it can work. They did not do the
experiment, though, so they did not disprove it either....

If the claim is true, there may be an effective solution to the
problem of nuclear waste. Hope it's for real . . . while also
hoping for major funding of solar, wind, water, and geothermal
